FOOD TRUCK AGREEMENT

RULES
Any Food Truck business or person is allowed to register, pay for, and set-up a Food Truck at our Expo unless deemed inappropriate or offensive by AEO Staff.
Although AEO Staff will make an effort to limit the number and types of Food Trucks, we will not micromanage their menus. (There may be Food Trucks selling some of the same items).
No Food Truck space will be reserved until this registration is fully completed, to include any payment due.
Food Trucks do NOT come with anything but the reserved space; NO tent, table, chair, gas, water, or electricity is provided.
Vendors will be allowed to bring their own tent, tables, and/or chairs for the Food Truck space they paid for.
Food Truck Space availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis; there will be limited spaces available.
NO alcohol, smoking/vaping, or firearms are permitted in the park. You are welcome to go to the parking area outside of the park to smoke/vape.
Food Truck Spaces are assigned to vendors by AEO Staff. A map that shows where you will be setup will be provided roughly 1 week before the event via email (make sure to check your Spam folder; also, AEO Staff will be able to direct you to your spot during the setup timeframe).
Each Food Truck vendor MUST provide at least (1) large trash container within their space for the public to utilize. Vendors are required to empty trash containers, as often as necessary, into the provided dumpsters onsite. Vendors are also responsible for their own trash and area clean-up.
No walk-in solicitors. No signs are permitted by any person or company unless they are a fully registered Vendor.
SET-UP & TEAR DOWN
Set-up of Food Trucks will be from 8AM - 10AM.
Vehicles are allowed, during Set-up and Tear Down times only, to be in and around the vendor's Food Truck space. Once vendors have transferred all necessary items from their vehicle to their Food Truck space, vehicles must be detached from Food Trucks and moved to the regular parking area. There will be no vehicles in the Food Truck area during the event. Please be mindful of others... let's MINIMIZE our vehicle's time spent in the Food Truck area during set-up!
Food Truck vendors will be set-up by 10AM! If any food truck is not set-up by 10AM, the space can be given to someone else, and there will be NO REFUNDS!
Food Truck spaces must remain set-up until 6PM! If a Food Truck is torn down and/or closed before 6PM, the vendor will not be allowed back to any of our future event(s), statewide. Be sure to have the amount of help and supplies you need to be successful!
Tear Down of Food Trucks will be from 6PM - 8PM.
SECURITY
Security will be provided by the City of Redfield from 8AM - 8PM.
Arkansas Extreme Outdoors, the City of Redfield, and their staff will not be held responsible for any theft by the public or vendors, any damages to any persons or property by the public or vendors, nor in case of any fire, accident, weather, or any other uncontrollable circumstance.
COST OF FOOD TRUCK SPACE
